Seven Themes
The areas of project management that must be continuously addressed throughout the project are called themes. Whether you are initiating the project, directing the project, executing the project, or closing out the project, the seven themes provided by PRINCE2®should always be addressed. The themes are built upon the foundation of the seven principles, which are then in turn applied throughout the seven processes in order to successfully, efficiently, and effectively complete the project.
